ESTA Ltd was founded in 1994. The factory specializes in series production of products from composite materials. Basic products are blades for windturbines, blades for industrial fans and coolers, motorboats and yachts, catamarans and pedalboats, water slides, pools, kayaks, sport and tourist canoes, radiotransparent antenna domes, etc.

   At present the firm is one of the largest enterprises of this type in the south of Ukraine. Its annual output amounts 50 tons of reinforced plastic in finished items. Within the years of operation ESTA has proved to be a reliable partner working with dozens of enterprises of various branches of industry.


   Powerful production basis, high professional level of technical staff and manufacturing workers allowed us to perform complete cycle from scientific research and engineering development to the manufacture of products of any degree of complexity.
   

Specific character of composite material industry implies, on the one hand, considerable intellectual efforts required for the design of pieces and the development of fabrication technology, and, on the other, a very high professional level of the key production workers. The leaders of the company used to work as research engineers and post-graduate students at the laboratory of the ocean engineering at the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute (at present the National University of Shipbuilding). Over ten years ago they founded an enterprise specializing in production of glass-fiber material glass fiber plastic structures . Yachts of Pik-34 project were the first to start with. The experience obtained in design and manufacture of components from the composite materials and improved qualification of the staff made it possible to cope with production of a whole range of sophisticated structures for industrial application at the subsequent stages of development. Computer-aided simulation elements and finite element method are applied in the design of structures for calculation of material strength.

There is a direct relation between the quality of pieces and the quality of materials used for their manufacture. Many years of cooperation experience with different suppliers in combination with assembly-line quality control and laboratory tests have helped us in making the best choice of materials concerning price-to-quality ratio. Taking into account considerable volume of output, ESTA has arranged the direct supplies of materials from their original producers.
